Application Deadlines for 2026 and 2027

Deadlines:

If you are planning on having scholarship funds for Winter of 2026  those applications need to be in ASAP. The funding process can take some time. The Intent To Apply form helps us start the process but is not the final application. 

Fall of 2026 Applications should be submitted no later than June 30, 2026 for guaranteed disbursement before fall tuition deadlines. 

Winter of 2027 Applications should be submitted no later than November 30, 2026 for guaranteed disbursement before winter tuition deadlines. 

Applicants may apply AT ANY TIME, but please recognize that funds disbursement may take 30-45 days depending on various circumstances. 

Application:

 The application can be found here. Download a copy to complete. The application and necessary transcripts can be mailed or emailed.

When we have received the application and transcript, we can process the disbursement. Funds will be mailed from Tucson, Arizona to YOUR home address. The check will be made out to the applicant AND the educational institution.  The institution will refund you any amount in excess of your financial obligations to the institution.
